Our Story
Across Nigeria, countless students graduate with ambition, skills, and talent, yet remain unseen because they lack access, industry connections, and structured pathways to opportunity. At the same time, recruiters and employers struggle to identify high-potential emerging talent early enough, making it difficult to build reliable talent pipelines. Compass was created to bridge this gap.
Inspired by the navigational tool used to find direction and discover one’s path, Compass represents guidance, clarity, movement, and opportunity. We are building a structured ecosystem that helps students become discoverable before graduation, connects them with mentors who support their growth, and enables recruiters to discover emerging talent based on potential and ability.
