Compass is open to Nigerian undergraduates, postgraduate students, mentors, and recruiters. Everyone can use the platform to discover opportunities, connect with talent, and support career growth.
Compass is not completely free for students. Students are required to pay an annual fee of ₦1,000 for full access to the platform.
No. Recruiters are required to pay an annual subscription fee for full access to the platform and its recruitment and talent discovery features.
Becoming a mentor on Compass is simple. Create a mentor profile, complete the required information, set up your services, and choose whether to offer free or paid sessions that students can book.
All universities in Nigeria are supported on Compass. Students can join regardless of the university they attend.
